Yes, Scion orders a hold. The dealership has to comply.
The fact that the dealership did not give the person their money back, or failed on their obligation to deliver a car on a certain date, is
their fault.
My dealer currently has my $500 deposit and never once has mentioned or promised a specific date, and has not at any point requested that I commit to my purchase and sign full purchase papers. My dealer openly told me that they have no clue when and where, and will contact me when they do. Very simple and straight forward.
So this person has an issue with their DEALER, take it up with the dealer, Scion Canada has no power in this case, and should not have any frustrations dumped on their lawn. (metaphor for facebook page)
