I recently had a situation that was resolved within 5 to 6 days (including the weekend).. Ken and Freddy and the guys over at @ ptuning really have AMAZING customer service! The kit is so well developed that when you're replacing or installing a part it literally has OEM fitment. Kudos guys! You know I can't thank you guys enough and I am up and running and spooling and boosting for the world to hear. I know this isn't the correct forum to post this but I want people who are interested/researching/shopping around to know that Ptuning stands behind their customers, their product, and their workmanship. And I'm not just a number. I'm not there weekly or monthly (wish I could be) but they know me by name and on the customer side it's a really good feeling! Love this kit!

Couldn't agree more, I often think as I am driving I am so glad to have reliable boost to a point where I am not afraid to take it 5 hours to a track event and back
