Lets say best cause scenario happens and the cop decides to factor in your license plate frame when deciding to issue a ticket or not. What happens if he asks for your license, proof of insurance, and 11-99 membership card? I imagine it would go down like those youtube videos of vets calling out people pretending to have served.

Why not just make a handi-cap placard and get free/convenient parking?
