Ecutek flex fuel is a hack or patch on the standard ecu code, its unlikely that ecutek would also patch the ecu obd request routines so the ethanol content was readable via obd requests and hence torque apps. Ecutek hijacks the rear 02 sensor or evap purge connection to the ecu for flex fuel sensor input.
If they did that they would not need to sell you the ethanol readout display kit or bluetooth device to send ethanol readout to your phone/tablet ect :-)

I think the contrary : If you have the PID for the rear 02 sensor or evap purge you can easily convert it's voltage reading to an ethanol % (0-5V = 0-100%)
