1. OEM and KW/ST/RCE use the same thread pitch and our included spring perch bushing (aka conical washer) works for both as well. With the KWs you would use the upper spring perch from the coilovers. AFAIK these would work on Ohlins and Bilstein as well.

2. Nope. Some camber plates come with a fancy upper spring perch with roller bearing type option at a much higher cost, but with proper installation and a good quality main bearing this isn't usually needed.

We've been making camber plates for Subarus since 2005.
