If you're installing with JDM underbody panels, it is a very easy mod to the panels. There is a hole which ALMOST lines up with the e-brake bolt replacement, make sure that you pop the closest panel rivet off to allow more wiggle room and enlargen the hole in the underbody panel close to the e-brake bolt. This will make life easier. The piece that you need to trim on the edge of the underbody panel is really minimal - don't cut off too much.

With a fully stock exhaust, I also had to snip off about an inch worth of metal which was touching the exhaust. Seems a pity to be so close, I'd be annoyed if I didn't have access to the right tools. It was very easy to remedy with tin snips.
Thanks for all your information! Have any pictures to share?

What I have done on the two OEM exhaust installs is shove my fingers between the exhaust and the diffuser, then tighten the sway bar mount 12mm bolts. I then level the diffuser with the shims which grants me an 1/8" of clearance each time. This may help anyone in the future.

However, this will be remedied by the next production run as I have already revised the front slots to give another 1/4" of downward clearance! We're also happy to say that the alternate design is officially in production! ETA, mid September.
