I can answer this because I actually installed one first hand! Yes it will with slight trimming/bending to the front turned up lip of the diffuser. His evo3 had been banged by a boulder (you have to live in Phoenix to believe that =P) which pushed it up slightly but I don't think it moved too much.

I have made a slight modification to the rear diffuser already to remedy this but it won't be in effect until the next production run.

So, your current options are either to wait till the revision happens (unknown at this time) or grab a pair of sheet metal shears/pliers and make do. It truly was minimal and Aaron (the local FR-S owner pictured below) wasn't unhappy with the outcome.
