Your WOT pulls were running lean. Don't go WOT immediately after flashing, especially with an aftermarket intake and unscaled MAF. You need to wait for ECU to learn LTFTs - do some highway driving.

AFRs look great.
You've got some occasional knock you might want to address. Might be due to high temps or bad fuel.
