Not to be rude but they are getting better pay and working conditions than their home country or most South-Asians factories. The first example even admitted that the guy hurt his back before he worked there. Something that would typically prevent him from being hired in the first place.

The situation where I live is no different. I can walk away or be fired for any reason at any time. But unless I want to work multiple minimum wage part time jobs, there is nothing out here even for someone with a degree. Hourly pay is competitive for the area but I can volunteer or be forced to work up to 12 hours a day 7 days a week with no days off. Yet I still make more with a high school diploma and 6 months work history than some Liberal Arts students...
