I don't think you can hit 220 km/h in 5th gear with a 4.1. We are talking here about actual speeds (e.g. measured by accurate gps devices) and not about tachometer speeds. Even the cusco data you mentioned, give clearly a speed of 200 km/h at 7000 rpm with standard transmission. For an actual speed of 220 km/h, you have to rev. your engine up to 7700 rpm!
