as of right now, it looks like it was just a loose wire...i noticed my driver side headlight's turn signal LED strip wasnt working...so i looked around, re-arranged the wires....and now it works and there is no noise.....so hopefully it was an easy fix
, we'll see, im still keeping an eye on it
