Seeing as we're doing quotes from movies, this has always been one of my favorites.
From Cannonball Run. One of the competitors hires a driver from team Ferrari to drive his Ferrari Daytona. Driver gets in and promptly rips the rear view mirror off and pitches it out the back of the car while the owner looks on in horror. The driver looks at him and says, in a thick accent,
"what's behind me is not important".
