Anyone knows how it works crossing the US/CAN border with purchased goods that are used, i.e. no receipt ? I'm going to pick up wheels in NY from a dude but don't really know what I should declare, if I should make a homemade receipt and have him sign agreeing on a said price or something like that.. Trying to expect what I'll have to pay !
