Torque and a dongle will do all that and more.
Carista will let you clear codes as well as change a few of the car options. I can see the usefulness of a stand-alone doodad but they need far more options to be worth it.
ETA: Did you catch the dude who drove a screw into the faceplate of the head unit? I had to google that. Is that screw stock?
