probably a dumb question but i can't find a good answer on the forums search or on google and Illinois' EPA page doesn't really address this in its FAQ.

Do we need to have catted headers to pass emissions in IL? Does anyone have catless headers and passed emissions?

Any info is appreciated. I do know that we don't have a visual inspection and it is all done by OBD.
