Do you mean Direct Injector Seal Failure ?
This was caused by transient ignition retard mapping error in early roms from factory
you had to drive hard and shift at redline rpm to cause it
early rom like 700x, 900x A00x had the problem was fixed in factory rom A01x and later rom
all OFT roms have the fix as do most other tuners roms
