I have the same catless resonated pipe from invidia and on the rear end of it the pipe extends past the flange, the donut gasket from the OEM pipe will fit on it and you can reuse the spring bolts with low torque since the springs are very strong. The midpipe portion of the cat back has a slight widening near the flange to accept the donut gasket and seal.
