No matter what I try, I can't get the VGI tool to spit out sane values for this area.

Can anyone in here please take a look at my log here?
(I'm aware of the IAM < 1 in this log...)

Is it possible to alter the value of air-mass (g/s) simply via this equation?
Code:
mass-airflow_new(maf_v 3.20) = mass-airflow(maf_v 3.20) * 100 / commanded_afr * afr
Or any other comfy way to get rid of the afr mismatch in the area between the markers?

Thanks in advance!
Yes that transition area between open/closed loop always presents some issues. yes just try manually adjusting those values

just keep the maf curve smooth

look at the open loop data and the closed loop data in that area and come to a compromise in the middle is usually a good starting point
