Aghhhhh.... last weekend, I went over a larger-than-usual speed hump (more like a small hill) in a London-area shopping mall parking lot.
I deliberately went slower, but did not angle.
For my troubles, I was rewarded with a loud *BANG* - when I pulled aside to inspect the damage, it looked like one of my underbody panels had been squashed slightly...



And all you older ladies and gents have me very impressed... particularly the 50+'ers who can still do a PLF and/or somersault out of the car
