I swing my left foot out, twist my butt a little, put my right foot flat on the tranny hump, grab the wheel and rotate out while pushing with the right foot. Totally smooth and graceful like
me = (quite a bit) closer to 50 than 45 and 5'6" with a spare tire about the size of what a 7 month pregnant chick would be carrying.
