Same here, well without the smoke...
Getting in, I drop the rear in first then pull the feet in. If I can't get the door all the way open, the right foot goes in, then I shuttle step and sit down, pulling the left in. I never use my hands getting in.


Getting out, left foot goes out, hand goes to the back of the door sill where Toyota/Subaru were gracious enough to put a soft pad, and just sort of roll out to a stand.


I tell MomHawk this is all part of my exercise routine!


Hey @ichitaka05 maybe you should add a "getting in and out of the car" speed contest to the FT86 gathering!
