These are the steps I took:
1) remove the pipe going into the intake manifold to make room
2) take the cover off of the KW plate
3) disconnect the inlet/outlet of the Rotrex traction lines (tie them together out of the way temporarily with an adapter so they don't leak)
4) loosen fasteners going into and out of the Rotrex blower
5) remove tensioner pulley
6) remove 4 bolts (2 on the Y, and 2 small ones on the bottom right) from the KW plate, keeping the single large bolt on the left
Now you can rotate the Rotrex assembly counterclockwise on that single large bolt, dislodging from the urethane charger piping, and replace your belt.
