No problem answering!

OpenFOAM 2.2.1 as I have not upgraded in a while yet. We use some other programs for the pre-processing and post-processing obviously.

Our CFD is validated using other CFD data by more very experienced teams/people and windtunnel data. I have ran the Perrinn LMP1 model in CFD to directly compare our data with their published data (which is a lot). I have also compared my results on the Ahmed model using published windtunnel data and published CFD results. This is the best way I know of to compare our CFD setup to guarantee we are doing everything necessary to receive the best results possible. A link below will go into more detail of the Perrinn LMP1 model.
Track testing will be our next step in validating in the future beyond just CFD. We just are too small and do not have the revenue yet to purchase proper data logging equipment. However, on track performance is our main goal. We do have many customers who track their cars a lot who have experienced more downforce on the track.

The spacers will affect the downforce generated. I have not fully analysed all of this however. Most customers do not need that much information so it has not been a big priority.

The CFD is ran at stock ride height (150mm). I have done a ride height sensitivity test but it has not been released. This is with our splitter and diffuser. This type of test is better for a windtunnel
I did not analyse the ride height enough to choke the flow. I will get on this

We have not analysed. It will have to be taken on a per wing basis as it will depend on the location. I have been working on a rear wing we want to make but design and analysis is still in the early stage. I will say though that the goal with our wing is to help the efficiency of the rear diffuser.
