We have had the following confirmation from JK Tuning:
'This engine is 100% stock, unopened 2013 FR-S so standard in every way. There is also a rumour going round about it blowing up. It is indeed still running and is 100% healthy.
It has done 12+ pulls at 450 - 690bhp the day of the pictures, with the highest pull being towards the end but not the last. I did two additional pulls in the 630 - 650bhp range after making 693bhp, to back this figure up.'
