I have those wheels in 18x9.5 +43. you will need aftermarket coilovers to clear on the inside.I have KWV3s installed on mine. I had to raise my fronts a bit as I was rubbing on the fenders on full lock, so I'm about 1.5" lowered now. They will also rub on the inside tire well a bit, but it's not problematic at all. I have 265/35r18 tires on these wheels, but if you go down to a 255, you'll have a bit more clearance while still having more than enough grip.

Here's some pics of mine if you're curious what it'll look like. The fitment is pretty good at this offset.
