It didn't take too long... 5min for the first and 2min for the second... I tried pulling the first one until I found a trick.
Step 1: Try as best you can but still snap the 10mm screw
Step 2: Place screwdriver behind tip right where the screw makes contact the tailpipe and tap with hammer.
Step 3: Pry screw mount away from tailpipe (to disengage the seized screw) and repeat prying until the tip moves off.
Step 4: Install JDM Tips, Yo!
Step 5: Feel Happy.
