Factory offset is +48, those are +40. So, to be stritcly legal, you'd have to do some machining to get back to the allowed +41 offset. I did that to mine, (back to +42 since that was the rule last year) and it ended up being $250 for two sets. Not free, but being able to take the wheels from the traded-in civic and make them work for at least the next 5 years for $250 ain't bad.
Small upside - no spacers or extended lugs required while still taking full advatage of the allowance.
