TRD should do nothing. Just noise. Was the case on Lotus with Toyota engines. You should not loose anything with TRD stuff. Correct MAF reading is crucial on modern engines. That's why you should take care with intakes.
What matters is to give clean and cold air to the engine.
Stock intake looks good at that.
But that's true that I'm new to the platform. ( I have been reading on it for a very long time anyway)
