Look at the world economy...the cost of living keeps increasing and in years to come less and less people will own cars and less will own sports cars.
I just look at people i know that are my age at 25 and honestly most of them still haven't found a good job, most don't own a car and if they do it's like a civic or toyota corolla and everyone is renting condo's.
I think a FRS/BRZ is the last thing on there mind.

That's more of a Toronto and Vancouver problem (from a Canadian context). Other cities are relatively fine.
