So, car was ready for today but body shop asked if could hang onto it until Monday. They want to use it for some before and after pics (remember they are relatively rare and stand out around here). They are going to do a whole paint correction and polish on it tomorrow and then do a shoot. No idea what that level of detailing would have cost me but pretty sure it is worth driving the mammoth for a couple more days.
