Do like 35% for driver, 30% for passenger, small rear windows 20%, rear 30% and front windshield do just top of window like 5? inches 30%.

Rough numbers so don't take them serious. Just an example of what I'm gonna do..

Got numbers based on this.

My FR-S has tinting that is bubbling. Dealer put on cr@p tint.

What I mean for front windshield is something like this.

Yes, tinting full window for other than medical reasons is illegal.
