If I remember correctly, WRB changed in '15, not '16. I think it got a little darker and went to a tri-coat pearl.
The new blue for '16 is Lapis Blue Pearl, and it's a dark blue that replaces Galaxy Blue Silica. Your pic of the blue doesn't look dark enough for that, so I think it's the '15 tri-coat WRB.
