It might not change dynamics of acceleration, but it will certainly change car's character handling wise. It won't be as tailhappy anymore if staying in NA with that much rubber (i guesstimate of course that you will fit wider tires fitting for these wheels too), i guess more probable is case of 'going like on rails'. With that much grip slipping will happen at much higher and dangerous speeds and very probably at more sudden rate.
