I got my tint done at Kool Vision Window Tinting in Winnetka. From what I remember, I paid around $170 or so for all 7 windows with a lifetime warranty. Great service there! Definitely don't do anything darker than 35% up front. I have 35% in the front and 15% in the back. I personally really like that combination as I think it blends perfectly. The front is dark enough to block out some sunlight, but you can pretty much still see inside the car from outside (even at night). I was lucky enough to have 15% up front and 5% in the back in my last car without getting stopped, but it's definitely something I don't recommend since it drastically reduces your visibility at night.
As far as the roof wrap goes, I think you should do it. I got quoted $200 but I didn't go through with it since I thought it'd look odd on my Hot Lava. Firestorm and Whiteout/Halo look good with a gloss black roof though!
