There's an example of a 235 tire on 18's in this thread over at Mazda. And to me that's to much, but maybe that's what you were going for.

255/35r18 would get you the most square setup
*be aware that certain tire brands will run wider then others even with he same specs. Like hankooks are always wider then Dunlop's for example. |
I'd really like to have as little stretch as possible without any run or having to roll fenders or anything like that
