I think you misunderstand, you don't bypass it. It effectively is a ground when your car is in neutral. You connect it to your ground while running wire (or similar) on your remote starter. When you attempt to initiate the remote start, your remote starter turns on the ignition, checks to see if the ground while running wire is grounded. If your car is in neutral, the neutral safety switch grounds the ground while running wire and when the remote start sees that, it will start the car. If the car is in gear, the remote start will not see the ground and will not start the car. Of course, you need a remote start that has this function but I think most do. If not, you could always setup a relay that disconnects the remote starter from your starter wire when not receiving a ground from the neutral safety switch.
