I think those wheels are only port options for SouthEast Toyota. You may want to see if you contact anyone in SET to confirm whether or not the SET port option list is approved by Toyota Motor Sales. If so, I think you might have a case
Otherwise, the SAC may take factory options offered by SET as non-official, as they are not actually a Toyota company, but rather a private USA distribution company with the power to operate autonomously.
