If the defouler is on the front 02 sensor yes it will cause a problem.
you dont need it as the tune disables the p0420 cel code.
you still dont need it on rear o2 sensor but it should not cause to much issue their.
are you using stock intake ? drop in filter ot intake tube ok but if complete intake changed can cause maf scaling and hence fueling issues without maf rescaling.
