Yes, I would go in that order and work your way back. Plenty of other people have received this problem. Some of it due to poor fitment, the other is just an install problem.
Thankfully I did not have an issue up front with my exhaust. I have another thread where I fought the Perrin 2.5" resonated catback tip aligntment for several days and finally won.

Finally got underneath my car.. Apparently the Invidia Overpipe's fitment is HORRIBLE. It leaves maybe only a quarter of an inch of space over the metal it goes over. I might have to buy wrap for it or something to prevent that awful metal on metal sound..
