did you run a thread tap chaser through the header o2 threads, if you had to force o2 sensors in it can damage the threads causing a leak.
check the sensors are pluged in correctly black to black and grey plug to grey socket.

So I just came back to the shop that installed my headers and overpipe he said there are no gasket leaks and the sensors aren't leakin as well. There is also a defouler on the header can that be causing the bad o2 reading?
