Several folks have had window problems, I suggest you  this forum and see if you can get some ideas.
I would suggest that you spray some silicone on the weather stripping that contacts the window glass.
As far as the wheel being out of balance or alignment .... I'd just quit screwing around with the dealer and take it in to a wheel/tire shop and have them fix it.

Wheel is fixed by twice from Toyota. Now is the window squeak problem. Even tint has ripped off by bad installation.
Take a look this video, u understand straight away.
