did you run a thread tap chaser through the header o2 threads, if you had to force o2 sensors in it can damage the threads causing a leak.
check the sensors are pluged in correctly black to black and grey plug to grey socket.

I did a visual inspection of the o2 sensors they seem to be tight and it doesn't look like there is a gasket leak from header to overpipe. I didn't do the install so idk if they forced the o2 sensors in or not though. I'm not able to get under my car atm so I'm not 100% if the gaskets or the left most o2 sensor is 100% if you're looking straight at your engine bay
