ok if it only started after header install it does point to gasket leak at engine overpipe connection or at the 02sensors them selves.
new gaskets ?
did you run a thread tap chaser through the header o2 threads, if you had to force o2 sensors in it can damage the threads causing a leak.
check the sensors are pluged in correctly black to black and grey plug to grey socket.
