I'm pretty sure the tune is a E85 tune. I'll check again. This is not my first e85 tank either so I guess I'll check for air leaks since this just started happening after the headers were installed. It doesn't sound like there is a leak in the exhaust though. I also topped off my e85 tank after about around 50miles after the flash to the UEL tune with 1/3 tank left but it is in the same place I always do it so it shouldn't be a problem or a very high mix.

if thats first tank of e85 then usually the residual petrol makes it run rich and you get negitive fuel trims
you usually only get hight positive trims on e85 if you e% is rearly high like over E85 for those level of positive trim.
air leak in exhaust will leak in fresh air and make o2 sensor think its lean so ecu adds fuel.
or o2 sensor is damaged
or your running a petrol tune with e85 in tank
