I'm prepping a trd replica kit for paint right now.

Front lip: Fitment is really good. Some of the edges were wavy, but a little sanding fixed that. There were also some surface imperfections. I ended up sanding the entire lip surface down to get rid of them. The holes in the fender-well were not drilled so I had to do that. The license plate nuts were also installed in the incorrect location so I installed new ones to hold my plate. That may be a U.S. Vs JDM license plate issue. I also drilled two holes in the recess of the license plate area to bolt the upper part of the lip to my grill. It took a few hours of work but it now fits super tight and the surface looks perfect for paint.

Side skirts: These also fit very well. The front wheel-well holes lined up perfect, but the rears were way off. I drilled new rear holes and got the side skirt to fit perfect with very little effort. I now need to plug the hole they drilled in the rear, which will be a pain. The side skirts also had surface imperfections as well as vertical waves. I ended up sanding the entire surface down, putting on a light layer of plastic putty, and then sanding it down again. I won't know until the primer goes on but they look really nice at the moment.

Paint is scheduled for July 1st.
