$4k = nitrogen in the tires (I've never seen a dealer charge anything for this on a new car before), under body protectant (almost pure profit and not worth having, especially here), pinstripes (seriously?) and window tint.
Window tint in reality, price varies, but between 75-200 depending on quality of material, deals worked out with whoever installs it for them, etc. Nitrogen = basically free on this scale, under body protectant = bottle is cheap, time is short to "install", pinstripes depends on paint vs vinyl, but again, it's cheap. A buddy used to do them for local dealerships and with paint he'd charge 50-70 per car depending on the size of the car.
The dealer can't overcharge for anything official Toyota/Scion, just for their add-ons. But that's, in the worst case maybe $400 of crap.. for 4k.
