All the Garrett center sections regardless of journal or ball bearing utilize the same oiling setup. As an interesting addition I actually learned a couple weeks ago that on water cooled Garrett center sections they actually prefer the turbo to be at a slight angle and that the water lines are supposed to be plumbed with the water flowing from the low side to the high side of the turbo.

That was my assumption, but it never hurts to ask. I'd be able to use the same flange design he bought to replace the stick one, correct?
