I've always been interested in working on my own car and doing mods but never really got into it. I decided to buy the FRS after I saw a BRZ on the road, and although I loved the BRZ I like the looks of the FRS, just a personal preference. I went with the stick shift since I felt I would enjoy the car better and I was not wrong! Just gotta learn to drive it better... So far in 3 weeks I'm picking it up just fine... I think.

I was lucky enough to go to the 86 Sessions Meet in Tacoma, WA, for the first time last Sunday and it was great to see other owners and share our love for these cars. I'm looking forward to meeting again!!

I'm so happy to see my car in the drive way I just wanna drive all the time!

Nothing but great experiences so far!

Well, you picked out a fine automobile for your first one.

Since this is your first car ..... it really doesn't need much "working on" .... it's pretty darn good, right out of the box (for average driving).

You may wish to save up for some "all season" tires for our winters. They will get you through our 2", once a year snowfall.

If you feel the need to mod, you may consider an aftermarket muffler (to let some sound out) and a drop in free-er flowing engine air filter (to let it breathe a bit easier). The two together will make it "sound" like you have more power ......
