You can improve the room and run the collector much lower by removing the front crossmember and replacing it with a tubular unit... People have been doing it to Mustangs for years. Example is a mustang front crossmember, the single picture is of the FRS front crossmember. Look at how much space you could open up if you replaced that... You could even delete the stock power brace and integrate it, and be left with a proper K-frame.

But look at me ranting. Anyway, anybody who's ever installed an overpipe knows how shit and oversized that stock crossmember is.
Uhhh where do i get those red subframe crossmembers from?
