The bumper is plastic and to "repair" it and repaint, I would think a shop needs it for more than a day. Probably 2-3 days. If timing is that tough, I'd suggest looking for someone selling a stock rear bumper in the same color, or find a clean one in any color for cheap and drop it off at a shop to get color matched. Then just install it at home.
